- Bird migration discounts: If you are a local or migrating bird or a member of The Cape May Bird Observatory, Audobon Society, The Nature Conservancy or Cape May Nature Center, ask for special Spring and Fall workshop discounts.
- A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- We accept personal checks in advance. Balance can be paid with Visa, MC, Travelers Checks and Cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We must be notified if your reservation is to be changed or canceled. You may cancel anytime after the reservation is secured with a deposit.
We will gladly return your deposit, less $20 for processing, if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation.
